ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS IF RECEIVING YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.

Daco Fire Equipment values its customer relationships and we pride ourselves on customer service. Please be sure to contact us as we will always do the best we can to resolve any discrepancies. Thank you for being a valued customer.

  • All returned/exchanged items must first be assigned an RMA. Without an assigned RMA your return will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at 1your expense. Photos may be requested before an RMA can be issued.
  • You are required to include the original packing slip, invoice number and issued RMA.
  • Any shipping fees related to the return for an exchange for any reason including but not limited to the size or style will be done so at the expense of the purchaser, including any applicable restocking or proration fees.
  • Upon arrival, we will inspect your return to ensure it meets all the criteria specified below. Once it is deemed accepted your 2refund will then be issued.
  • Any damaged shipments must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
  • If the item is not returned to us in its original condition it will be sent back to you at 1your expense.
  • Any returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging and with no evidence of use or it will be shipped back to you at 1your expense.
  • Daco Fire Equipment will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen returned product shipments. If you choose to ensure a package you are returning, you do so at your own expense and should be sure to receive tracking information from the carrier you have chosen.
  • Return packages will only be accepted Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time.

 

 

CLOTHING AND SIZE SPECIFIC ITEMS EXCHANGE POLICY

All clothing and wearable items determined to be incorrect sizing must immediately be reported before being put into service and must then be returned within the 30-day window of receipt for allowed exchange if applicable. It must be returned in its original packaging in its original, unused condition with all protectant films and packaging still attached, with no evidence of use. This includes scuff marks, perspiration marks, installation of decals and/or any other aftermarket customizations.

You will need to receive an RMA before the return will be accepted.

Photos may be requested before an RMA can be issued.

Nonreturnable – Nonexchangeable Products:

  • Closeout Items
  • Custom Products
  • Leather Shields
  • Badges
  • Kochek Brand Products
  • Embroidered Items
  • Items custom made to your specifications, such as but not limited to turn out gear and patches, leather shields, badges and any items with custom engravings or embroidery.
  • Outdated items (We strive to do the best we can to ensure all products shipped to the purchaser will be the most up to date products for the longest possible shelf life.)
  • Items within 30 days of their expiration date or have already reached their expiration date will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for product replacement once it has expired.

Only product defects or customization mistakes that have occurred during the manufacturing process will be considered for return and/or exchange.

 

WARRANTIES

Once an item has gone into service, all manufacturer’s warranties must be handled by the manufacturer. The item must be sent back to Daco Fire Equipment at 1your expense. We will do all we can to assist in this process. All returns, exchanges or agreements pertaining to manufacturer warranty process. The manufacturer will have the final say in any credits, refunds or exchanges related to such warranties. These final decisions are out of the hands of Daco Fire Equipment and we cannot be held responsible for any final decision.

 

1If a credit card was used for the original purchase; it will be charged for the amount of the return shipping fee and any other fees applicable to this transaction. If a credit card was not used at the time of purchase, you will be billed for the outstanding balance of the return fee and any other fees applicable to this transaction.
